OWNER / DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
A certified strength and conditioning coach for twenty-four (24) years, Kevin has worked for years with both professional and collegiate athletes and uses many of the same methods in training clients who would like to achieve their highest
level of fitness.
RN, BSN, OWNER / DIRECTOR: SPECIAL POPULATIONS TRAINING
After spending a year and a half working as an RN in both oncology and medical-surgical rehabilitation with a focus on geriatrics, Cinde decided that she would bring her nursing knowledge into the prevention of disease and maintenance of health.
Cinde strives to help clients prevent the need for these admissions due to avoidable causes such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and type II diabetes.
TRAINER & GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR
Jennifer has been with Topper Fitness for the past four and a half years. Jen is very knowledgeable in all aspects of daily fitness for all types of individuals. She has an extremely approachable persona that allows her to develop close relationships with her clients to help them achieve their unique fitness goals.
FACILITY MANAGER / GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR / TRAINER
Darci graduated from Indian River State College with an AS in Marketing Management. She was a former College athlete playing soccer for Johnson and Wales and Polk State College. She enjoys working out when she is not training clients at Topper’s,
coaching soccer or working for Duffy’s Management.
FACILITY MANAGER / MS ATHLETIC CONDITIONING / TRAINER
Branden began his educational career by graduating from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Exercise Science. Upon completion, Branden furthered his education by enrolling in Bloomsburg University’s Master’s program for Clinical
Athletic Training. During this time, he gained valuable skills while working with multiple arrays of athletes, military personnel, and special populations. After graduation, he moved to Palm City, FL and began working at Topper Fitness. Along
with a love for fitness and rehabilitation, Branden competes in Volleyball and Soccer activities.
BS EXERCISE SCIENCE / TRAINER FOR SPECIAL POPULATIONS
Tyler graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. His education, personal life and job experiences have allowed him to gain knowledge and an enjoyment for working with special populations
in fitness and rehabilitation. When Tyler is not working he enjoys playing and watching soccer, being outdoors, kayaking, and spending time at the beach.
GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR
Mike has been a fitness enthusiast and competitor for many years. He has also instructed and trained in martial arts for the past twenty years. Mike currently competes in triathlons and performs at half iron man competitions. His hobbies include
gardening, strength training, and running.
ATHLETIC CONDITIONING / GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR
Donna Minotti is a Ohio University graduate with her Masters Degree in Athletic Coaching Education. Over the past 25 years, she has worked as a health and wellness coordinator, fitness professional, and group fitness instructor. More so, Donna
was a Master Spinning Instructor and International Presenter for spinning with Mad Dogg Athletics. In addition to her impressive resume, she holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine,AMerican Exercise Council, and Aerobic
and Fitness Association ofAMerica. Donna also enjoys competing in cycling, running, and swimming.
TRAINER & GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR
Angela started her fitness journey at an early age. As an overweight and frustrated student, she learned about nutrition and exercise to achieve her fitness goals. In college, she began teaching group exercise classes at her dorm. After many
years of recreational outdoor cycling, she went inside and took an indoor cycling class. It was love at first ride. Mad Dogg Athletic, RealRyder, and Schwinn certified, she has been teaching indoor cycling for 10 years and enjoys every minute
of creating and coaching a class. When she’s not teaching on the bike, you can find her walking on the beach, strength training, cooking, volunteering or spending time with her family.
GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR
Katie is a Jupiter native & mom to 4, Katie has utilized social media to bring her love for fitness to her clients and followers around the world for the past 4 years. She continues to help encourage, train, and motivate anyone willing to take that first step or get back to business. She holds MADD Dogg Athletics & NCCPT certifications & her classes are known to be high energy with a contemporary flare. In her spare time she enjoy traveling, volunteering, and trying new foods.
Our separate 2000 square foot Top Deck allows us to offer an assortment of fitness classes.
|Body Sculpting||30 min||This half hour class concentrates on building and toning individual muscle groups using free and body weight. All ages and abilities are able to participate in this class.|
|Functional Circuit Training||45 min||Tone up and burn fat with this constant mix of exercises. No two classes will be exactly the same. Class builds strength, improves balance, and is fantastic cardio training. This class is what is needed to take your workout to the next level.|
|Personal Training||30 Minute, 45 Minute, and Hour Sessions||Custom designed by our trainers for the individual needs and abilities of our clients of all ages and fitness levels. We offer Concierge Training (In Home Training), Personalized Stretching, and Individual Sessions or Discounted Package Rates
for these sessions.
|Pilates||45 min||Be ready to tone and sculpt at the same time. This multi level class will have you flowing through a series of classical and contemporary pilates. This class will help increase core strength and learn proper muscle recruitment and body alignment.|
|Semi-Private||45 min||The semi-personal training class is a mix of exercises incorporating machines, bodyweight and free weight exercises. This 45-minute personal training session is limited to 4 people so that the trainer can provide a work out that meets all participants’
levels of experience. *In the case of multiple wait-list participants the decision of an additional class held during the scheduled time will be made by management. In this case the wait-list participants will be notified via phone call the
|Slide Board||45 min||This is a challenging class! It incorporates skating with strength training using several functional tools, It is the ultimate calorie burner!|
|TOP HIIT||30 min||Top HIIT is an enhanced form of interval training alternating between periods of short, intense anaerobic exercise and recovery. This class provides improved cardiovascular conditioning, glucose metabolism and fat burning. Top HIIT is intense
and not for the faint of heart, but it is FUN!
|TRX (About TRX)||30 min||TRX is a training tool to help tighten your core, build lean muscle and boost metabolism. This half hour class solely uses the TRX to achieve this.|
|TOP Spin (Featuring: LifeFitness IC7 Cycle)||30 min & 45 min||Not your typical indoor cycling class! We are the only fitness facility in the area to use the innovative Life Fitness IC7 Indoor Cycle with the Coach by Color System. Coach by Color takes into consideration your individual fitness level so that
beginners can take class alongside more seasoned cyclists and everyone gets a fantastic workout. Please arrive early to get set up, if you’ve never used the IC7 bike or coach by color.
|Yoga||60 min||This multi level class is for all ages and abilities. You will work on increasing flexibility, range of motion, balance and over all well being. Class will include flow yoga as well as restorative postures using yoga blocks and straps.|
